Service Guarantee
Entyce Entertainments believe in providing quality services to all our clients. To show our commitment we have drawn up a ’Service Guarantee’ - a list of what we consider to be important to you and your event, and to us as providers of the Service:
- Your event will receive our full attention.
- You will receive a personal entertainment consultation which covers all aspects of DJ’ing at your event. The consultation will be at least one month prior to your event providing this is convenient for you. This allows us to personalize your event in advance, We will accept request on the night providing you are happy for us to do so.
- You can reach us by phone or email and we are more than happy to discuss your event at any time. We will touch base with you the week of your event to catch any last minute details.
- We will arrive on time! If possible we prefer the sound system to be set up in advance and sound checked before your guests arrive.
- Your DJ will be dressed professionally! Your event may require formal tuxes, or if you prefer we can dress semi-formal or casual, you decide!
- We only use professional sound equipment. Your party will never end early due to equipment failure.
- During dinner we play the music softly enough so your guest can talk and carry on conversations without shouting. When it is time to dance, the music get’s louder, and we are usually right on target but if you wish for the music to be louder or softer, you are in control, just let the DJ know what volume pleases you.
- We will act professionally. We will not drink alcohol before or during your event. We will treat you and your guests with professional courtesy. When children are present we will work to insure that the music is family friendly.
