Booking & Payment Information



Booking Enquiries and initial contact to us can be made via our Contact Us page. You will be able to use one of the methods mentioned on that page to give us all the information we need to make an informed decision regarding pricing your event.
You will then receive an email or a phone call detailing our prices and how we arrived at them. Upon agreeing to the pricing of your event a non-refundable 25% deposit is required before we can begin to organise your event.
We accept the following forms of Payment :-

PayPal is the preferred method of payment and is a very secure way to make payment online. Once the price has been agreed then we will send you an email with a link to the secure PayPal site where you can make payment. If you have a PayPal account you can make payment using that. Do not worry if you do not have a PayPal account - you don’t need one! - You will be able to enter your Credit Card Details onto the secure payment page and PayPal will accept this and deposit it into our PayPal account.

You can of course pay in other ways : Send us a cheque, BPay, Direct Bank Transfer or Cash! up to you.
